SEEKONK BOARD OF HEALTH ANNOUNCES AN H1N1 FLU CLINIC FOR SEEKONK RESIDENTS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

 

The Seekonk Board of Health will have an HIN1 Flu clinic on Tuesday March 23, 2010 beginning at 3:00pm by appointment only.  It is not necessary to arrive early, you will not be allowed into the clinic prior to your scheduled time.

The criteria for obtaining an H1N1 flu vaccine at this clinic are as follows:

 

• All residents 4 years of age or older.

 

• Children ages 4-9 who need a second vaccine (need to bring proof that the first dose of the vaccine was received 28 days prior to the 23rd of March).

 

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN
